~Skyherd~ A wild horse Roleplay

"Alright. Come with me then," he said, making his way down the forested hill and into a vast valley of several grazing mares. In the distance were large, rugged mountains. "Here are the main lands."

Esther looked around with wide eyes, sucking in the new land. She nodded. "Its very lovely here."

"You should see it in the spring, wildflowers and fresh grash line the ground," he said, leading her down a small hill and towards a tree-lined river. "Here's the stream. Aside from the water hole, this is our main water source."

"I see," Esther said quietly. She stared down into the water for a moment; when suddenly a flashback of her life in SkyHerd before her Father died almost sent her tumbling into the water.

Yiska pointed himself towards the other side of the canyon bound river. "If you go down that way, you'll end up in the forest by the mountains," he said before climbing back up from the ditch. "Let me show you the watering hole and I think we'll be good for now. Feel free to explore a little more, as we also have some mountains towards the north and west."

They walked across the valley plains for a good distance, until reaching the edge of the forest and the mountain's foothills. Down below was a good view of the main lands and a small portion of an unfamiliar piece of land or two. As they walked through the tall pines, a crystal blue pond was revealed. "Here it is. Just be careful for predators."

Esther ducked under a low hanging tree branch. "Its beautiful," She said quietly as her eyes fell upon the water.

"Indeed," he said, a glimpse of the sun seen setting in the distance with low clouds hung over it, the sky painted pink.

Feeling thirsty himself, Yiska drank with her.

"What's yer name?" she asked curiously. Her short dark little mane still stood up, flopping from side to side as she walked towards the other mare.

"My names Jasmine" she replied watching the foal, make its way toward her.

Blue stopped in front of her. She was scrawny with many scars and bruises. (Can horses have bruises?) "Jasmine's a real purdy name" she replied.
