IMO, SkyHerd was much funner when it was just one herd with a lead stallion and the horses. Much less confusing for new players and it adds structure to the RP.

I haven't been following all the RPing, but a few weeks ago when I tried to join it was near impossible. If you don't have any new players joining, the RP dies. Like this one has.
