Slate turkey babies.a help me understand...

And a picture of "Brutus" because he insists I take his picture whenever I take anyone else's, and he is the farmyard King....



And the picture of Brutus has nothing to do with the thread, I just happen to think he is cool.....and so does he!

Wow the tom has some wild feathers.

Yep... I think so. I did not know that until recently after the molt.

He is really a pretty Tom with a great disposition, so now I have to try and decide if I breed him again, sell him, or heaven forbid send him to freezer camp.


However, he is such a pet and my first Turkey ( with the exception of Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter, Which I had 30 years ago, but they died) and I doubt I could send him to camp. Then again his babies are cute.
