Slaughtering age for Narrangansett turkeys

I'd like to know the answer that that one myself...for future reference, of course. I made the mistake of making pets out of my first Narragansett hatch and they are all spoiled rotten. Thankfully I ended up with only 2 toms, and had enough hens in the hatch that they all get along fabulously so I haven't had to eat or re-home anyone (btw the eggs from that hatch came from various breeding pens, as to reduce the chance of inbreeding). But anyway, the hens should start laying soon and hopefully I'll end up with lots of turkeys for the table this year.

I'm going to process one today. It will be 5 months old. A little on the small size, but still plenty of meat on it. I'm going to process another jake for Easter, too. Of course, with my luck, I ended up with 5 toms and one hen.
