Sled dog breeding

30lb is basically all the weight sled dogs will pull. This is one of the things PETA fails to realize. they assume the dogs have to pull 100 pounds each but if you do the math, Driver+ sled/gear= divided by # of dogs, they don't pull that much. In the Iditarod, the average sled driver weight is 600lb (this is what I was told, you might need to check me on this) so if you do the math, 600 / 16= 37.5, which means each dog is only pulling about 40lbs at the start of the race.

On snow nala pulls 50lbs all by her self for 1hr at a time 3times a week. Sometimes more.

Sasha, Dawn, and Cheyenne have not been trained to stack. Phantom didn't want to stack, he wanted to play, lol. Cheyenne turns a year old in October, and she is a poorly quality Siberian. Sasha is over 3 years old. Dawn turns 2 on December 5.
