Sleeping doubt

Hi!

Here I have a new doubt... My hens are sleeping inside the coop, but on the floor as shown in the next pic:

As you may notice that picture is on daylight... But they also do that in the night, they sleep there, they don't sleep up on the tree branch.. maybe it's too thick?

I'm new with hens, I have them a week ago.

They do that at first.
Move them to the roost each night. They will figure it out

I have them a week ago.

Have you seen them up there at all?
Sometimes you just need to put them up there so they get the idea.
Curious, why no bedding on coop floor?

Just looked at your coop and run in your avatar, looks pretty nice, but I don't see any ventilation or windows in the coop...they may be hovering near the door for fresh air and/or not be able to see inside at dusk.

What is your climate?
