cmcgoun ~ There wasn't any real yelling. I'm sorry that wasn't clear. I said to my DH go yell at that guy, and he went out and asked the guy what he was doing. The guy pretended like he couldn't hear, so he walked across the street and talked to him. The guy said he wanted to take pictures. My DH explained it was a pasture for cattle. The guy continued to walk farther into the pasture, my husband came in. The guy finally left. End of story.

Why do property legal issues always seem to be on the side of the person who is clearly in the wrong and seems to have no common sense anyway? Maybe they make a sign of a bull chasing a stick figure, like with its little hands in the air running.. and it just says"BEWARE"
Short and to the point for the person who just isnt thinking away.

I grew up on a big dairy farm in Central Pa and this happened all the time with people hunting and fishing on the property. Always made me mad people were so bold, and I was usually the one to shush them off. Now my Grandparents would have said yes to anyone that ASKED and probably would have had them in for dinner when they were done. Just treat people the way you would like to be treated. Respect goes along way, but not with some folks.

Sara I moved from upper bucks county, pa about three years ago. I loved going to the reading outlets!
As far as trespassing I refuse to even use someones drive to turn around. It is rude plain and simple and it shows a lack of respect for the owners. Sure you might think its okay its just a quick turn but how many others have thought the same thing. How much damage in washouts and loss of gravel has occured to that individuals driveway. It shows a lack of hometraining in my opinion to step one foot on another individuals property without permission (thats unless its an emergency, and taking pictures, having picinics and petting livestock is not an emergency).

I have to be careful how I word this because I am in trouble on another thread .

I have people use my driveway to turn around in pretty often because I am near the end of the road before you hit the county hwy.. It does not bother me, any more than giving some stranger a drink of water..
