Slipped tendon??

This our 9 week old black copper maran, Popcorn. His leg has been like this for about 2 weeks. We've had him in a small crate all by himself so he cant move around too much to rest his leg. He still is the same. Eating and drinking ok, trying to move aroynd like normal and generally acting ok. Any suggestions? We just put him in our homemade sling and splinted his hock a lil today. Any thought?
