Slow feathering

All three of my Production Reds still have some fuzz on their heads, while all my other chicks (that are the same age) are fully feathered and have been for a while. Anyone else have late bloomers? Wonder if this is because they are a cross?

Are they ST. Run or are they supposed to be hens? Roos usually feather out slower then hens.

They are supposed to be pullets, and appear to be pullets. No comb at all, nice big tail feathers like my others. They just barely have any feathers around their face. Everyone else (I have 9 more then exact same age) is fully feathered. Their bodies are the same size, just the feather issue.


Here are all three of my production red girls. This was 9 days ago. They look the same now. They are 7 weeks old.
