There’s an alternative to consider.Good morning.. Might someone be able to shed some light on the "so called" slow grow Cornish x ? We bought 25 from welp hatchery that hatched 9-2-20 and they're doing fine.. ZerO loss, apple cider vinegar with mother.. Strombergs also carry's the slo gro, My curious brain would like to know what makes up the slow grow birds..
You’re right that age is called fryer.You can't have a broiler that old. It's a fryer at that age. The terms are not for size of carcass rather the method of cooking able by age of bird.
Broiler, fryer, roaster and stew. Four age groups by hottest method able to cook them.
