Slow-growing bantam?

My chicks are a little over 2 weeks old but I have a bantam silkie who just seems really small and not growing like the other chicks. I have witnessed little "peep" as we've named it eating/drinking normally. No discharge around the eyes/nose/mouth. Vent is clear. It seems to spend all it's time under the heat plate. Would an electrolyte mix help? I've never had a chick seem so "behind" and this is my 3rd yr with chicks.

So unfortunately we woke up this morning to see my little "peep" has passed away. Maybe an internal problem? A little over 2 weeks. Other chicks are doing amazing. Very sad day in the house though.
