Slow growing chick....?

I’m have a Wyandotte that is lagging behind the rest in size and feathers. I’m worried about putting her outside with the rest in a few weeks? Should I keep her in at night with the heater?

I have the same question, mine will be ready to go out the last week in April and I'm concerned about the runt who is developing at a much slower rate.

Hi, I’m in NJ myself . Currently I have 8 weeks and 5 weeks old outside in their side of the run . There is a brooder plate and reptile heater lamp inside of 5x8 coop. As you know it’s 51f right now and they are hanging out. Around 6pm I’ll give them warm mash , turn the light on inside and close the big door . Most of them wait until dark to go inside so my las check will be at 8pm to break up the party turn off the lights and close small door.
This is them right now (sorry took the picture through window of my sunroom).

That's a great setup. I picked up a starter coop yesterday to start the chicks outside in a few weeks and once they integrate into the rest of the flock I'll use it for hospital. My little one is finally starting to catch up, her wings still look underdeveloped but she's got an extra spicy personality so I think she'll be ok.
