THE BEST CAT TRAP IS 1 1/4 OZ OF #5 LEAD SHOT MOVING AT APPROXIMATELY 1400 FT/SEC... ITS A LITTLE LOUD BUT THE 1ST TIME DOS THE TRICK.... PROBLEM SOLVED- PERMANENTLY.
YES THE OWL WILL BE TRAPPED JUST AS SOON AS I CAN GET HIM TO FALL FOR IT. THIS IS JUST 1 OF A LONG LIST I HAVE HAD TO DEAL WITH THIS YR
No No not my purdy little House kitty. That is stupid enough to walk out the door when the wind blew it open. Wanted to have an adventure, just to see what all the commotion was all about. Darn thing is to smart to fall for a can of tuna in a trap (pickiest cat I have ever seen). Had to set out her regular food when she finally got hungry and just scoop her up.
This cat likes to cuddle up next to the brooder boxes when I have extra ducklings, chicks, quaily chicks, whatever out in the livingroom on the floor. And they lay up against the side of the brooder next to her. Maybe I should have put a quaily baby in the trap then she would have gone in to keep it warm. Geesh, crazy mixed up cat. When she got tossed out of that car her brain must have got rattled.
I usually don't have to worry about cats, though. I gave my neighbor a dog a few years back and whenever there's a cat that makes the mistake of hanging around, that dog takes care of it. Or possum or racoon or anything we don't want around for that matter. Problem with owl's is they tend to hunt different areas each night around here. I actualy haven't heard our owl for quite awhile now.
Well, thank the stars the year is headed for its end. We can all have a fresh start soon.
Well, they just called and my Purina Startena is in, gots to go pick it up.
