Slow to feather 6wk chick

I have a 6wk old chick -pretty sure it's a cockerel. I know boy chicks can be slow to feather but he is the only one who looks like this! Pics attached, he is first - the black/gray & others are others chicks from his clutch.

Looks like a cockerel... I would consider extra slow feathering to be poor genetics and make sure not to breed him forward. I have seen it on only a couple of occasions from my own stock.

Thanks! This is from a batch of hatching eggs we purchased. Rooster will be going to freezer camp.
