You definitely did the right thing. My hen had a tumor, and we tried a surgery, but she did not make it. It was not horrible for her, she was already under anesthesia when she passed, but my point is when chickens have tumors, there is something very wrong, and there is not much you can do. I’m very sorry for your hen.
