Sluggish hen

Hi, my hen had been sleeping with her head tucked in she doesn't move around much but squacks when I pick her up. I don't know what's wrong but there's something definitely wrong

How old is she?

Has she been laying eggs regularly so not egg-bound?

Does she seem to be eating, drinking, and her poop is normal?

She seems to have taken a break, she's the only hen that lays a green egg so i know which is hers. She seems yo be much better this evening.
