SLW pullet or cockerel

I have 4 SLW chicks 1 is noticeably different then the others, no white in the wings and it’s a bit smaller then the others, pic is when they were 3 weeks old, they are 6 weeks now I can get a updated pic when I am home but the 1 is still smaller and still not much white compared to the other 3 I was rooting for 3 pulleys but thinking it may be the other way around

Most hatches have a smaller or larger chick, it's not an indication of gender.
