SLW - Pullet or Cockerel?

Can anyone tell me if this is a pullet or a cockerel? These are my first chicks and I'm not allowed any roosters. It's supposed to be a hen, but I'm not so sure.

Here is another pic of its head. The comb area is pink, but there is nothing there.

I'm leaning towards cockerel as I believe I can see the wattles coming in and comb looks a little pink to me in these picks!

Here are a few more pics. The comb area is a pinky/orange but it's smooth. Pale pink waddles are just starting. This pic is 5 weeks old.
