SLW pullets with different development rate

Hi all. Was wondering if I could have two SLW pullets with different rates of comb and wattle development or is that possible. Both are about six weeks old from same batch. One has small pink wattles and and comb the other nothingto speak of. Will try to post pics tonight but could some pullets in same breed and same age develop slower or faster than each other? I'm in the same boat. IF I go by advanced comb/wattle development, I have 3 pullets and 4 roos in my 7 pullet order. I hope not, but.. can't wait to see pictures!
