I concur.
I just throw the eggs in there and letem rip till day 18 when I remove vent plugs & racks, and fill the troughs. I don't draw pictures on the eggs, keep temp & humidity logs, micro manage and use voodoo or rocket science. (OK, I'll admit I did on my first several hatches but that was like a million hatches ago)
Everything about your hatch looks normal to me.

It just occurred to me that I didn't write an outcome to this thread. I was writing in another about the Janoel 12 incubator and had written there about my hatch. After the worry of the small air cells all seven eggs hatched. I did help the last one a little bit,not sure if I waited it might have come out on its own but other than a little bleeding from the cord it was fine. They hatched over about a 28 hr time frame and most on the 21st day. All are alive and well 6 days later.
Appreciate all the advice.
