It takes days to make a significant change.Let it run dry for a couple days. And then add water back and only expose a small surface of the water. adjust surface until you get humidity to about 40 to 45 % until day 18 then 65% Unless air sacks are still very small.
Then I might leave it at 45% .
You said you have small eggs. If the out side of your eggs is hard and shiny, you will need to run a lower humidity

Are you marking the air cell when you candle?
Are they bantam eggs?

Yes they are bantam, hen is a silkie mixed with bantam cochin i believe.

So..."size of a quarter" might be fine....go by the diagram that bald rooster posted.
Mark them with a pencil and take a pic.

Yes, they all have veining and movement, its starting to become more shadow like they are bigger its day 12.
