Can’t describe it any better. I’m fairly sure it’s not frostbite, since I live in QLD Australia and it’s only been hot here. Doesn’t really look like some of the other things google suggested either. Any info would be appreciated. Is this something to worry about?

I don't think you need to worry about it as long your chicken acts normal.
