So I started with a pile of scrap free wood, 3 baby chicks in need of a home, and a sunny outlook.
I decided to use the dresser as the nesting box by taking out the bottom of the top drawer and adding a divider
Built a base and laid down dollar store vinyl stick flooring ($3) and a lip to keep the sand inside the coop
Unfortunately I didn't take progress pictures of constructing the 4 walls. I used scraps so they're not the prettiest but effective all the same. Everything was painted with Oops! Home Depot paint and some leftover paint from my kitchen.
After taking these pictures I got the corrugated roofing on and will take pictures tomorrow and add them to the post.
Any comments are appreciated, thanks for looking!
