Small dinosaurs

So schools are closed because of corona but my school decided to make a live stream on thier website to continue the second course but as our biology teacher was getting into the first lesson which was birds and dinosaurs.. Our teacher she was teaching us and told us that birds were originally a type of dinosaur! That threw evolution they transformed and proved by thier bones.. I was so amazed i started thinking my newly hatched quails would eat me!

I'm a retired science teacher. Yes, evidence has been found to show connections between birds and dinosaurs; even dino fossils that had feathers. A quail...how about a vicious hummingbird? Many dinos were not huge and frightening; probably not even most. The smaller the animal the less likely we are to find fossil remains.
