Small eggs

I have bantams, but their eggs are quite large for such a small bird. Larger than size of my pigeon eggs. Don't have a picture of it, but one of my LF hens once laid an egg the size of a marble. It is referred to as a FART EGG. It had no yolk.

One of our six Golden Comets just started laying last Sunday. She is laying one egg a day, but, none of the other hens have started yet. They are six months old.

The shortened daylight hours is a factor in laying. The rest should start coming up with eggs soon. Golden comets are egg machines as a breed.
