Small Hole and Slight Cracks In Eggs

I'm having the same promblem. My girls are all the same age and are all waiting for the same nest. Are the eggs still good if they have that hole in it? What can u do with it?

If the membrane is intact, and the egg is not very dirty, I'd use it for baking. Otherwise, cook it and feed it back to the girls. I try to NEVER throw out an egg.
