Small lump on my chicken's head?

A few weeks ago, I found a small lump on the side of my chicken's head. It's a little bit above her ear. It moves around under the skin, and it's not too big, but we don't know what it is. Any ideas? She's a 1 yr old SS.

It could be a little cyst. Is it hard or soft, and is it growing in size? I would just leave it alone if it doesn't seem to be growing and irritating her.
