I hope your little runt makes it. I had 2 little runts that acted just as you are describing. I lost one on day 4, but the other one is on day 10 and flourishing. She's still the tiniest one in the brooder, but she's the spunkiest and plows her way through all the others to get to whatever it is she wants. ETA: My avatar is a picture of her. I named her Lucy.
Be sure to keep up with the pasty butt - do you dab a little vaseline on the vent after cleaning? That may help a little - and it seems it would sooth it a little if it's irritated from the cleaning. If she's getting knocked over from the others, you may want to put her in her own little box for a little while to get some rest. I just cut the flaps off the top of a small cardboard box and layered it with paper towels and put it under the heat lamp in the brooder with the others. Make sure she's drinking - I had to use a syringe or straw. The straw worked better.
