Small pale comb on Black Australorp

She seems normal. She is eating and playing. Just a different color comb and so much smaller. See pic. The one beside her is much redder and larger.

Can you get a profile pic of the one with the redder comb?
How old are they?

The one with the paler comb - looks completely normal for me of a (young) pullet that is not in lay.

I have three australorps. Two started laying at 19 weeks, and the last at 22 weeks. The last one had the smallest, palest comb of the three. It reddened up just before she started laying. She is still the smallest of the three and has a very... innocent? look to her. She is the slowest to catch on, the bottom of the pecking order, but the look on her face is adorable.

Here is another hen the same age. This one is physically the same size but much redder and larger comb. They are 14 weeks old.
