So we recently purchased some ameraucana chicks and we already own 3 hens. We’ve come across an issue, though. The hens don’t like the chicks. We’ve tried slowly introducing them but no matter what the hens try to attack the chicks. When they are old enough, we will get it them into the same coop but I’m worried that they will just be attacked. How do I stop that from happening?

The more space you can give them for this entigration the better.
Make the run messy with lots of stuff that will give the younger chicks places to hide, perch on or escape to.
Make sure there are a couple places for feed and water.
Extra night time perches.
There is no way to stop the older birds from establishing the pecking order. Its just the nature of chickens.
Good luck!

x2, space and clutter. It's normal and expected for some of the hens to chase and harass the chicks, so rather than trying to stop them from doing it, it's better to give chicks safe spaces to get away.

Here's my early integration article, hopefully it'll give you some ideas: https://www.backyardchickens.com/articles/short-on-time-recycle-a-prefab-brooder.73985/
