This morning when I was feeding the girls and collecting the eggs that had been laid, I found the smallest egg I've ever seen on the floor of the coop. In fact, I almost stepped on it. I guess one of the silkies laid it as they are the smallest chickens I have, but they have been laying for a while. It's smaller than the Serama eggs I used to have. It's perfectly formed just tiny.

Awww... so cute!

I might be what they call a "wind egg," with all albumen (white) and no yolk. I just say that because I can't imagine how a yolk would fit in there, haha. Wind eggs are usually much smaller than normal. I haven't had one, yet, though, myself...

Are you sure that you don't have pigeons in there?

Cute egg - let us know if it's a fart egg.

edit: OK, this forum is too cute - I wrote 'f....art' egg and it replace it with 'wind' I do like the family friendly content!
