This little white thing may be a piece of tissue, or an immature ova, that the rest of the egg was formed around. She may just have a malfunctioning ovary

Looks like one of the those prefab dollhouse coops?
Here's one of the best prefab mods I've seen, might help your situation?:

Thanks for the info on the egg. Even if she has a malfunctioning ovary and I never get eggs...I'll let her hang cause love them all. LOL

As for the coop, yes it is a pre-fab, but we added on a 5x4 2 story addition to the coop portion and a 10x5 run to the current run. I know these run cheap and when it says 20 birds it's typically like 5, but we purchased it as a good starting point to build off of. Where all 8 of the girls are laying is in the new portion we built.

Actually all 8 are young birds. they will turn 1 year the first week of May. So there still is a chance she may work the "bugs" out of her system and I'll start getting full size. I'm kind of attributing it to that right now because I'm pretty sure (not positive), but pretty sure that actually 7 of my 8 are laying. I have 5 full size and 3 bantams. I KNOW that 2 bantams (barred Plymouth and silkie) are definitely laying. The polish just does not give off any of the "signs" of being a layer. So I'm wondering if these are hers and with time they will be normal bantam size eggs.

Just jumping in here, maybe try to cover the nest boxes a bit more? Looks like they want some covering over their heads to me or
Maybe you have a cover already? Hard to see in the pic. I’m just guessing. I think they also like it a little darker and like the nest boxes a little tighter too. I have 8 pullets too 4 are laying and 4 are getting ready so I keep a very close eye on them. Good luck! :)

Good suggestion. The boxes I took pics of have a low cover already. I had opened it to take the picture, but they close up with a nice cover overhead

I don't think the continuous 'fairy' eggs are normal pullet eggs that will gain size with time...or they'd have yolks in them, but one can hope.
