My hen, Chickapea, is not herself. I want to know what's happening.

Today, her bottom was dirty, and she had no appetite. She was not active this afternoon like her usual self. This evening, I washed and soaked her in warm water with salt. She's inside my home inside a crate, so I can observe her closely (see photos). I have a heat lamp on so she can dry up. I noticed she hasn't pooped since she's been inside. I offered her Scratch and Peck Organic Pellets Layer and Organic Feed, but she wasn't interested. She did eat her favorite blueberries without hesitation. She was shivering while trying to push (she looked constipated). I helped her poop, and a smelly yellow liquid came out (see photo).

Also, she last laid an egg over 15 months ago now. I'm noticing her comb is slowly shrinking. Yesterday, she looked pale. Today, it was more pink.

Please help me figure out what's wrong with her. Thank you.

Your experience and guidance is much appreciated. Thank you in advance.
