Feedback Smilies Code - Feedback needed!

OK, I don't get it. :hmm  Why would you use the "code" when you can just click on the smilie icon above and pick out the smilie you want?

They do that to me all the time, @Crooked Chicken, just to make me feel dumber than I am. :lau <------BTW, that's a clicked on smiley and not a done-in-code smiley. I prefer to do it that way too.

We have smilies and their codes carried over from like 4 platforms ago. I’d like to do some cleanup and need your help!!!

The code for ones like “frow” are terrible. It should be something like “wave”. Similar with “hit” and “he”. I’d like to make them more intuitive. I can add new additional codes to each of the smilies.

So, what do you think? Post your ideas like this:

:frow should be "wave"

:he could be "wall"

etc.

Here's an example of the settings:

I still miss some from the previous format, I'd like to see them all here.

Not sure if all mobile formats support it, but previously in mobile it was the only way to use 'smilies' one of the things I like of this 'new' BYC format, in mobile, phone, it's like a hybrid of both, some things are easier, previously you couldn't just 'click' on a emoji or smilie icon in mobile, had to switch to desktop mode or know the secret code.

x2!

Also on mobile, even now that we can see them, they are still pretty small to click on, and sometimes they end up in the wrong place (usually the beginning of your post). So sometimes its just easier to type the code.
