Anyone have some good Recipes for smoked duck?

We just butchered some of our Jumbo Pekin ducks and would like to smoke some of them!

Best to look under Meat Birds ETC. There are some great recipes there, and more people there that use there ducks for more that pets! Enjoy!!!
