Smokey eats a mouse

I am new to keeping chickens, and I couldn't believe my eyes when my grey hen caught a large mouse today and swallowed it whole, I did panic a bit, but it seems this is not unusual at all

Perfectly normal. They also enjoy frogs and small snakes. That freaks some people out but that's what they do.
