Ok they let me go but they kept him. He DID NOT want to stay. The doc said good thing. It is really moving up his arm good now. That is a bad thing. They have him in ICU for tonight. Talking about now to save his finger.

Thanks all appreciate all the help. It did help me talk him into going.

They have him on anti venom and high antibiotics. We should know more tomorrow.

Actually that poster about the whats the big deal..............well that is like my husband. I asked him today, will you do that again and be so STUPID he said well depends on if I live thru this one. YES he will.

I almost stepped on the dang thing. I was talking to DH walking out to put the chickens up and you know just going about my business. I just happen to catch something move and flipped out. He thought he had it killed and went to pick it up.

From now on I carry a flash light out after dark.

I'm so glad you finally got him to go. A snake bite is nothing to mess around with. I hope he comes through perfectly fine.

So glad he is there getting the anti venom and treatment. He will be in my thoughts and prayers. I hope he doesn't have too much pain. Poor guy.

Cetawin, thanks for the answer. Good to know. Man, can't believe that snake just hung on to you like that. I would have had a heart attack right then and there.

Teach you are MORE than welcome to come here anytime and collect all of them you want. I dont like ANY snake that I can not see thru a glass. If I can see them and they have no chance to hurt me they are fine.
