Snake ID

Glad to hear that he'll be okay. Your husband sounds a lot like mine - won't go to the doctor or hospital until he's half-dead, but drives you crazy until he does. And is the WORST patient while he's there! Nurses should be paid MUCH more than they are! LOL

My husband is the same. He would rather stay home and be the "martyr" than get something taken care of. That way of thinking is caused by a disease, called testosterone poisoning. It's incurable. Since it's carried on the Y chromosone, it only effects men.

Sorry guys.

That is for sure. He has actually been real good about it. I told him while I am opening things he can not, non bitten arm with the IV and then the pointer finger not usable yet, I am not waiting on you like this very often DO NOT get use to it.

He did save me from the bite. I went and got his some snacks and stuff, and a crossword puzzle book and some playing cards.

Glad to hear he's getting better and won't have much damage to his finger.

The one thing that may "cure" him of this is when he gets the doctor bill...... I think
you said his insurance runs out in June.... well hopefully after that he'll take less risks
with the snakes! Sometimes Men just need it to hit them in the wallet before they'll
listen.

Luvs2 I am so happy he is OK. He is very lucky you pushed him to go. Even a non venomous snake bite is dangerous. The mouth of a reptile is filled with bacteria.

thank God he is ok. I think I would make him look at those pics when he get home. That should make every one think twice. No wonder I hate snakes. sorry snake lovers...

I don't need the details.

I am just glad he will survive- and hope he won't decide to relive the experience.
