How horrible!! I think it would be best if you posted on the "predators forum." The details about their deaths may help them pinpoint what you predator is. Could you lock them up somewhere else at night - like a garage or basement? Maybe the snake won't be able to get to them.

Do you know how it gets into your coop?

That's exactly what I have been doing is moving them inside at night. And the pen is made with chicken wire so a snake can fit through the holes and several black snakes have and we just capture and relocate them several miles away.

Yes all that I have out there currently is a security camera and you just can see well enough with it to figure it out.

Yes, I saw it. I haven't seen anything quite like it before but a snake is a good possibility
