Sneek Thief

I have some plucky little Hamburg hens that love to steal a bite or ten of cat food from my barn cats, Rusty and Bisquit. The cats are very tolerant of the chickens but I have seen evidence of the cats killing roughed grouse and hen ringnecks, both of wich are a much harder meal to aquire. The tough old barn cats have never touched a chicken, large or small. Go figure.

Animal 'politics' is amazing, isn't it? Maybe the cats don't mind sharing.
