Sneezing and scratching nose

Hi everyone! My chicks are 2 days old. Since they've started eating I decided to provide them some water. 2 hours later I found out all my chicks (total 7) are either lightly sneezing or scratching their nose. Should I be concerned?
Till now they're running around and eating. Everything seems normal except the sneezing part.

Update: nose scratching has increased

Thanks! They're not scratching anymore. Hopefully the sneezing will go away after a good night sleep. Fingers crossed

Seems like the chicks are done with sneezing . Now they are occasionally scratching. Probably because of dust. My question is, should I give them water now after those horrific sneezes? Or should I wait a few days. Thanks in advance

The chicks should always have water available. Sounds like they may have gotten food/water in their nostrils?
