Sneezing chicken. Missing feathers ( all red where tey lost feathers )

Could be any number of reasons. Perhaps he broke them off when he was roosting? Perhaps he broke them when he was scratching around in the pen? It's possible (but less likely) that mice have nibbled them in the night for the protein, mice do eat feathers.

Do you have any sort of mouse control system in place?

Interesting. I never kept feather legged breeds except for the subtle feathering I had on Cuckoo Marans. Perhaps the bird is moulting. It is that time of year. Irritated red skin could be due to feather picking. The sneezing could be a result of stress and CRD is a stress disease when the immune system is compromised.

Keep the coop dry. If the OP suspects CRD, it wouldn't hurt to get a bag of Chlortetracycline and a bag of Gallimycin. Take equal parts of each and mix them together dry in a jar. Then take 1 tsp of the mixture and add it, along with a half cup of cranberry juice, per gallon of water. Make a fresh solution each morning for 14 days. You can also put a few drops of Poultry RX Remedy in the water trough. It will help clear the sinuses. After treatment give vitamin-probiotic powder in the waterers for 3-5 days.
