Sneezing chickens

I have a few chickens that have started Sneezing this evening. One has water like stuff coming out of it nose when it sneezes other then that acting normal and eating and drinking fine.
It was in the low 80's today where it has only been in the 70's.
Is it normal for them to do this? Or do I need to get something for them. 8 are 4 weeks old and 2 are we weeks old

If they have discharge I would be concerned. Have any new birds been introduced to your flock? I would consider Tylan 50. A search here or on google will give you some information to make a decision.
