If she worsens, then you can use injectable Tylan50 which can be found at feed stores like Tractor Supply. Tylan50 can be given orally or by injection. Dosage is 1cc or ml per 5lbs of weight, given 2x a day for 5 days. You need to weigh her to give the proper dosage.
