sneezing ducklings

Today i noticed that they have been sneezing a bit. They have fresh water, deep enough they can clear their bills. They are in the same room as my chicks and they do create a lot of dust. Would the dust cause the sneezing? I also noticed that one does have a bit of crackling in its chest. I'm so paranoid about every little thing with them.
