Snow removal/shoveling etiquette between homes - need input

Yah....
And just got an email from my landlord.. to remit a 5% late fee, cuz it wasn't there by the 3rd.. WE JUST DUG OUT OF A FRIKKIN BLIZZARD LADY!!!!!!
and yes she lives in WI, but in a different city...

As for the neighbor deal and the snow, get a survey if you do decide to buy the property, and put up a fence ON the line. Thats what I should of done.

I put my fence 6" inside my property line & told my neighbor his fence isn't crossing my property. He can't attatch to mine & pull it down, or change it in any way, because it's mine! I dispise crack-head neighbors!
