So cute!! I have never seen chickens in the snow until I joined this forum....love it!! We don't get much snow here, maybe one or two days every other year...if it happens though, my chickens get to go play in it too.

The roosters are such a beautiful colour!! I live in a snowy climate however on nice days I sometimes spread a square bale out in front of the coop so they have an outdoor playground of sorts. One bale goes a long way in making them a decent sized play area. Some brave soul always tries to make it to the compost pile, but turns back quickly when the snow gets too deep!
