One of my chicks has a black beak and legs, its all kind of a grey color with feathers on its legs, and has four toes on one foot and five on the other?? What is it?? I'm not familiar with the flock it was from so I dont know what the roosters looked like besides what breed they were. I thought that all silkie babies have 5 toes regardless if they're mutts or pure bred...but whats it mean with 5 and 4??

I would say it's a silkie..can you post a pic? Silkies don't all have 5 toes on both feet.

I'll post some when I get home. I'm not familiar with silkies but the top of her(hopefully her) head looks like a silkie.
