Newer Udate.....As of this morning, out of 26 silkies, I have 18 that have hatched

1 zipping, and rest are doing nothing. I hope everyone else is hatching like crazy!!!!

I will try to get pics later today. Friday's are a mad house around here.

Also set silkie eggs....25 were good at lockdown....21 days is at about 9 tonight...did a quick no touch candling just now....no egg sacs broken but lots of movement. I blame the slow time on the temp being a little low.....hope they are okay!

Woke up to 2 more babies in the incubator, for a total of 5! They're starting to fluff up! Yay babies!!

OK...Update......I had no pips on the ones left in the bator, so I candled them and all had quit except one that was peeping. So I have 18 hatched and one eggs still peeping.

Woke up this morning and 2 have piped so far! I hope they zip before I get home from work lol

It sucks being at work. I usually time this to happen on my days off. Now I have to worry all day if I have enough humidity.
