So......are duck feet likchicken feet???

so does any one use duck feet like you can chicken feet......we have started butchering out peking ducks.....and I want to use all parts that I can.....do duck feet work like chicken feet in stock to help it gel?? we ate our first of 3 crippled ducks and she was sooooo yummy....but she was very small and there wasnt enough to go around......the next crip is a HUGE DRAKE....and I plan to butcher and pluck him tonight.....I let hubby skin the first one.....now im going to pluck the next one....(how long does it take to pluck a duck??)

Well, It takes a lot longer to pluck a duck, than to pluck a chicken.

I know duck feet are big in some Asian cooking. I understand they are ever better than chicken feet in soup and stick!
